How to Process Both Negative and Positive Manifestations

Did it ever happen to you that you had a strong desire to change something in your life and as much as you wanted it, you found it extremely challenging to make it happen for you? Duh! Kind of rhetorical.

It happened to me more then I can probably remember. What I do remember is that each time this happened it was very frustrating, as if I tried to move a mountain that just wouldn’t move.

When asking (sometimes crying out loud) for an answer, for something that would ease my journey, solutions started to appear. Finally, I’ve attracted some good stuff that made my life less of a struggle and more…flowing.

I’ve learned that whenever we want to change something we’ve got to start first with changing our ways of being – changing our habits. After all, how many times can we bang our head in the wall and not realize that we’re doing it? We all know that we cannot expect to get different results when we are behaving in the same way.

This is true, whether you are trying to lose weight (and stay there), increase your income (and continue to increase it), have the relationship of your dreams (and enjoy it even when new challenges are arising).

One of the powerful concepts that I embraced as a part of my lifestyle and today is the foundation to my work is the process of manifestation.

The process of manifestation is a profound formula and goes like this:
Every THOUGHT that we think causes us to feel a certain FEELING. That feeling leads us to take specific ACTIONS and all that LEADS us to get the certain results (or not).

So if for example your desired goal/result is having a slim, toned body, then in order for you to achieve that, there are certain actions you must take. But if you don’t feel like taking those actions, or you are not comfortable with taking them, or you are overwhelmed with other stuff, or you are afraid to be rejected, or you get anxious before taking the actions, or you name it, then you most likely will NOT take the actions and therefore will NOT get the results.

And the reason you feel the way you feel is because there is a thought behind that feeling. Like: “I am not good enough”, or “There is too much competition”, or “It’s too hard”. And as long as you think those kinds of thoughts many times, even if you take action, the motivation behind the action will be mixed with struggle or difficulty.

The key is to identify those thoughts as limiting beliefs, because that’s what they are. At some point in time you made a decision (whether you were conscious about it or not) and that decision formed a belief that later on kept manifesting itself over and over again.

The wonderful news is that there is an existing technology for changing our limiting beliefs. It works, it’s painless and you can even do it yourself. And I am not talking about positive thinking here. I am talking about deep conditioning.

    Thanks for sharing this! The distinction about how the subconscious mind really drives our results is profoundly important. We can work very hard toward our goals, but if we don’t address the subconscious aspect, we will find ourselves in failure or partial success over and over.
